Vitamin D3 influences the absorption and utilization of calcium from food, as well as the function of the immune system. Vitamin D3 contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function. Vitamin D3 is involved in the cell division process and in maintaining the normal condition of teeth. Shilajit contains a complex of minerals, vitamins, trace elements, and active substances with strengthening and protective effects on our entire organism. Packaging: 80 tablets
Dosage: 2 tablets 2 times a day, preferably during meals. 4 tablets contain 1000mg of calcium, i.e. 125% of the recommended daily intake (RDI), and 5 micrograms of vitamin D3, i.e. 100% of the RDI. (RDI = recommended daily intake).
Warning: Not intended for children. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. The product is not intended for use as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use if you are intolerant to any component of the preparation.
