It is a big step forward for us. We admit honestly that we are still at the very beginning – our advisor is a fresh novelty and we firmly believe it will grow, develop and keep improving over time. Where will you find it?
You will find the advisor as soon as you open the home page, right at the beginning in the category area. So there is no need to worry that you might miss it – it is clearly marked and easy to see.
How does our new little helper work?
We designed it to be as simple and intuitive as possible and to save you time while searching. Right at the start you simply click on which part of the body you would like to care for: skin, hair or the whole body. Let's take a look together at how exactly our advisor will guide you to your perfect routine:

In the first step the advisor asks about your basic skin type (dry, combination to oily, blemish-prone, normal, sensitive or mature). Not sure which skin type you actually have? There is nothing to worry about at all! With each type you will find a few simple qualities and signs written down that will immediately give you a hint and help you place yourself correctly.
