High-quality water is the foundation for the functioning of a healthy organism. Quench your thirst with healthy water!Drinking shungite water increases resistance to infections, supports kidney function, excretion, purifies blood, and comprehensively strengthens the entire organism.
Preparation: Before first use, rinse the shungite several times under running water.
Let it stand in tap water in a ratio of 150 g of shungite to 1.5 l of water for 3 days. Then use the water in such a way that there is always some left and add more as needed. After refilling, let it stand for 8-10 hours before next use. We regularly wash the shungite once every two weeks to remove the coating that forms on it.
