Dosage: 1 tablet 2 times a day, preferably with meals. Recommended duration of use: 1 month, and for bone problems 2 months. Recommended duration of use: 1 month, and for bone problems 2 months.
Warnings: Not suitable for children, pregnant and breastfeeding women. Changes in the consistency of mumio are not a defect.
Storage: in a dark place up to 25°C out of reach of children. The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. The supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
